If you are interested in requesting approval for NASW Social Work Continuing Education Hours for your program or workshop, please fill out the form below. Once you submit this form, you will be redirected to the payment processing page, where you can select additional advertising options.

MULTIPLE SESSIONS / MULTI-DAY EVENTS: As of February 1, 2020, please note there will be an additional fee charged for events that have multiple sessions or for events that occur on multiple days. The fee reflects the additional resources required for these types of applications. The fee appears in the optional choices on the payment page.

REPEAT WORKSHOPS:  If you have received approval for this event within the past 12 months and are repeating the same event within the 12-month period, do not fill out this form.  Please call the office to pay the repeat fee (317-923-9878).

Completed applications must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the workshop to be approved by NASW Indiana and no workshops may be approved following the event.

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The office is closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, the week between Christmas & New Year's Day.
